PROJECT OVERVIEW: ASK SPRING GALLERY INSTALLATION

Installation Dates: March 30, 2026 – April 2, 2026
Current Status: INSTALLATION COMPLETE / GALLERY OPENING PENDING
Primary Objective: Transition from Winter Exhibit to Spring Collection.

INSTALLATION LOG: CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD

DAY 1: PREPARATION AND DE-INSTALLATION

0800: Arrival of Lead Curator and Facility Manager.
0930: Removal of Winter Gallery artworks. STATUS: ARCHIVED.
1100: Wall inspection. Surface repair. Paint touch-ups at 34 coordinate points.
1400: Arrival of initial artwork shipment. Verification against master inventory list.
1630: Site cleared for Day 2 operations.

DAY 2: LOGISTICS AND PLANNING MEETING

0900: Meeting of core creative team. Review of floor plan and lighting requirements.
1030: Unpacking of framed works. Inspection for transport damage.
1300: Volunteer briefing. Assignment of grid wall sections.

Materials present: Team review materials.
Activity: Coordination of installation sequence.
Status: LOGISTICS FINALIZED.

DAY 3: ACTIVE INSTALLATION AND MOUNTING

0830: Grid wall configuration. Alignment check using laser levels.
1000: Mounting of primary collection items.
1500: Labeling and lighting adjustments.
1700: Cleaning of glass surfaces. Floor sweeping.

PERSONNEL LOG: VOLUNTEER ROSTER AND TASKS

Volunteer 01: Hanging Specialist. Task: Securing frames to black grid walls.
Volunteer 02: Inventory Assistant. Task: Tagging and price verification.
Volunteer 03: Lighting Tech. Task: Angle adjustment for track lighting.

Features: Artwork placement activity, grid wall usage, active setup.
Status: INSTALLATION DOCUMENTED.
